HI, I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, a graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, LLC. I believe that my knowledge, background, and passion in understanding food as medicine is my strength in helping people achieve their health goals practically.

  • Bio-individualized diet plans for autism and ADHD.
  • Breastfeeding support and pediatric nutrition.

Holistic Nutrition services are covered under some healthcare benefits plans as “Nutritional Counselling”by Registered Holistic Nutritionists (RHN's). Plans also known as “Flex Plans” allow members to use their selected funds for complementary health services such as those offered at Natal Nutrition.


 Holistic Nutritionists approach health and healing from a whole-person perspective. Using nutritional education as a primary tool, holistic nutrition professionals emphasize the building of health by approaching each person as a unique individual. This requires fully engaging the individual in their health recovery process and honoring their innate wisdom by working in an empowering and cooperative manner to chart a course to optimal health.

A holistic nutritionist is a professional who has been educated in the subject of Natural Nutrition and complementary practices. They specialize in supporting the body through whole foods, balanced lifestyle, environment and a positive mind-body connection. Holistic Nutritionists work with other health care providers in a unified manner to build a strong foundation of health over a variety of modalities.
Addressing the root cause of symptoms and disease is a primary focus for Holistic Nutritionists. After a thorough assessment, comprehensive wellness plans are created specifically to the client’s health needs and individual biochemistry. Wellness plans include education, a meal plan, dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations specific to the client’s health goals.
